ALL ages are welcome! ALL dance and fitness levels are welcome! Chairs and tables will be available. Pictures and recording are allowed. No flash photography. 
 
Please note: 

• Respect the Host: 

  The host is in charge of the event and their instructions should be followed. 

   
• Be Prepared: 

  Have your music ready, know your material, and be ready to perform when your name is called. 

   
• Time Limits: 

  Adhere to the time limits for your set, as this ensures everyone gets a chance to perform. 

   
• Be Considerate of Others: 

  Avoid disruptive behavior like loud talking or using your phone while someone else is performing. 

   
• Respect the Equipment: 

  Be careful with the venue's equipment and ask the host before plugging in or unplugging anything. 

   
• Stay for Others: 

  It's a good practice to stay and support other performers, but you can come and go as needed. 

   
• Be Positive: 

  Offer encouragement to other performers and avoid negative comments.
