A letter to you:

Dear Fam,

Your interest in the I LOVE ME dance and fitness workshop means the world to me!

Not many people know this, but I have a goal and a mission with I LOVE ME workshops.

My goal is to use dance and fitness to help individuals gain more self-love and create a safe space for them to feel and recognize the beautiful spirit and incredible light that they have within themselves.

My mission is to bridge our dividing dance and fitness industries together. Having worked in both industries, I've heard and seen so much drama that goes on behind the scenes between gyms and dance studios, crews, talented instructors and artists and hating on one another because of superiority, status, ego and lack of respect for what each industry represents and it really breaks me. So, needless to say I felt the need to make a change. But I cannot do this alone. 

So, thank you for joining me on my mission and I look forward to dancing, growing and supporting you through your inspiring journey.
