WHAT IS FITT?

FITT (FIT to a T) is more than a fitness brand — it’s a movement led by Terricia, a powerhouse dedicated to helping women feel strong, sexy, and unapologetically confident at every age, fitness level, and dance ability. The "T" in FITT stands proudly for Terricia — and her mission is personal.

Blending the raw power of kettlebell strength training, the rhythm and energy of HOT HULA fitness, and the soulful celebration of I LOVE ME dance and fitness workshops, FITT is a vibrant, inclusive space where women show up exactly as they are — and leave feeling better than ever.

At the heart of FITT is a supportive tribe of women who lift each other — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Whether you're picking up a kettlebell for the first time, finding your groove in a dance class, or reclaiming your self-love, FITT is your home for empowerment, transformation, and joy.

FITT is where fitness meets fun. Where self-care becomes a celebration. And where you finally feel FIT to a T — just like Terricia intended.

I'M TERRICIA

It's pretty simple. I've been able to achieve my muscle building and fat loss goals along with gaining that long lasting confidence every woman craves by using 2 things: kettlebells and HOT HULA fitness® — that's it! Because it's worked for me, I want to share it with all of you.

As a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, group fitness instructor and dancer, I use my knowledge and understanding of body anatomy, nutrition, and my passion for helping women feel strong, sexy, and confident every single day.

MY STORY

From a young age, I was a confident, high-energy girl who thrived in movement and connection. Whether I was dancing, playing community soccer, dominating the volleyball court, or leading school clubs, I always felt grounded in my worth. I was the girl with strong thighs, a bubbly personality, and a heart that welcomed everyone.

But everything changed after switching high schools. I started gaining weight and slipping into deep bouts of depression. One doctor visit finally revealed the root cause: hypothyroidism. At just 21, I was told I needed surgery due to a large goiter. I felt completely lost — and so did my parents. Back then, holistic health wasn’t mainstream, and we had no idea how to handle it. I ended up having 90% of my thyroid removed and was put on lifelong medication to manage my hormones.

The physical impact was hard — but the emotional toll hit harder. I spiraled into body dysmorphia, food issues, and a deep sense of unworthiness. I didn’t recognize myself anymore.

By age 24, I was at my heaviest — 180 lbs — and trapped in a toxic relationship. I tried everything: solo workouts, fad diets, even starving myself. Nothing worked.

Then I made a decision that changed everything: I hired a personal trainer.

Within a year and a half, I lost nearly 50 pounds — but what I gained was so much more. I reclaimed my confidence, self-love, and joy. I fell in love with the woman I was becoming and felt a calling to share that transformation with others. Health and fitness became my purpose.

I became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, eventually leading to the incredible opportunity of serving as Fitness Director at The Phoenix Plaza Fitness Center in Midtown.

But FITT — Fit to a T — was born from something even deeper. While helping women feel sexy, strong, and confident is a huge part of my mission, the heart of FITT beats for something bigger: saving lives. My ultimate goal is to support life-saving research to end cardiovascular disease and diabetes — the No. 1 and No. 5 killers nationwide, and the No. 1 killer in my island home of Guam, which has devastated my own family multiple times.

That’s why 90% of every program purchase goes directly to the American Heart Association.

This is my story in a nutshell — and if you've made it this far, I hope it’s touched you in some way. If you’re a woman struggling to feel like yourself again, I want you to know: I see you, I understand you, and I’m here to help you.

Because sis, you deserve to feel sexy, strong, and confident every single day.
